Review of military registration
A review of military registration involves an assessment of the correctness of maintaining personal and military transport records at an enterprise, as well as an analysis of the compliance of documentation with the requirements of applicable Ukrainian legislation. The service is aimed at identifying violations, inaccuracies, and risks that may result in penalties or remarks from the TCRSS.
The review includes:
- analysis of orders on the appointment of the responsible person and documents defining their functional duties;
- verification of the availability and correctness of notifications submitted to the TCRSS regarding the appointment of the responsible person;
- assessment of the correctness of forming lists for personal military registration of conscripts, persons liable for military service, and reservists;
- verification of compliance of employees’ personal data with the information specified in their military registration documents and the timeliness of data updates;
- analysis of the maintenance of operational military registration records;
- verification of the availability and proper completion of internal registers (the register of registration and movement of documents, the register of results of inspections of the state of military registration, receipt forms, and other required documents);
- analysis of the procedure for preparation and submission by the enterprise of notifications to the TCRSS (regarding hiring, dismissal, and changes in employees’ registration data);
- verification of reports on the availability and condition of the enterprise’s vehicles submitted twice a year;
- preparation of conclusions on identified violations and recommendations for their remediation.
