Military registration

Military registration at an enterprise is a mandatory element of the organization of activities of any legal entity in Ukraine. It involves maintaining individual records of conscripts, persons liable for military service, and reservists, as well as compliance with military transport obligations in accordance with applicable legislation. During the period of martial law in Ukraine, the importance of proper military registration has increased significantly, as has the responsibility for failure to maintain it or for improper maintenance.

Our team is ready to provide full support in organizing and maintaining military registration at an enterprise in compliance with the requirements of Ukrainian legislation.
